There is a spoof email we've noticed which contains the subject line of Hosting - Billing information. The email states that the customer's credit card has been declined. It then asks the customer to update the credit card information. It also includes a coupon code of Oua19mer62 for 25% OFF.
If you receive an email similar to this, please know that this is NOT sent from us as we would never notify our customers in such a manner. It will help us greatly if you could provide the full email headers of such emails so we can track who is spoofing our email address.
